Riding for the Brand Photography is looking for a booth/ photographer Intern to be a part of my team. Travel with PRCA photographer Tanya Hamner to rodeos in Utah, Wyoming, Colorado, or Montana. Intern will run photography booth, help set up lights in arena, practice balancing lights with camera, and sell photos at booth. Intern will have the opportunity to have hands on experience with editing photos and learning how to properly file and upload photos. Intern will get the chance to photograph outside the arena and behind the chutes. Intern will learn the basics of running a photography business in the Agriculture Industry. Intern has the option to travel with Tanya or meet Tanya at the rodeo. Depending on booth sales, intern may receive milage compensation and a bonus. Intern will have the opportunity to write articles for magazines and newspapers and also interview contestants. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Assist setting up and tearing down strobe lights around arena.

Assist photographer with behind the chute photos and award photos.

Set up and tear down photography booth.

Meet with customers and show photo galleries.

Sell photography products.

Assist in prepping photos through Adobe programs for website.

Assist in uploading photos to website and organizing photos.

Create blogs for rodeos, stores, and sponsorship.

Create social media posts.

Write articles for magazines and newspapers

Interview contestants for social media posts

Qualifications

Must be a student in an Agriculture or Photography program.

Have Computer knowledge.

Must be able to meet deadlines.

Must be able to work flexible hours including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Must possess strong work ethic and can multitask.

To receive college credit must work a minimum of 5 rodeos.

Wyoming State Fair Rodeo August 17th-19th

Cowboy Days Rodeo: Evanston WY Sept 4-6

Mountain States Circuit Finals, Loveland CO Oct 21-22

NFR, Las Vegas, CO Dec 1-10
